The ServoCity 5303 Series Saturn Planetary Gear Motor w/ Encoder (99.5:1, 180 rpm) features a 24V brushed DC motor coupled with a 36mm diameter planetary gearbox, delivering a no-load speed of 180 RPM at 24VDC. This motor is compatible with a wide range of goBILDA® motion components due to its 8mm REX shaft and specially designed gearbox head, which allows for direct attachment in various applications.

The motor includes two power wires that ensure plug-and-play compatibility with goBILDA® motor controllers. While the encoder is not necessary for standard operation, it can be utilized for position and velocity control through a JST XH plug. Note: Stalling this motor may cause irreparable damage; exercise extreme caution in applications with hard limits such as linear slides and rotating arms.
